Malabar Coir fest 2010 in calicut

Kerala State Coir Development Department is organizing Malabar Coir Fest-2010 at the corporation stadium in Calicut from august 12. This is the first time that the department is organizing a coir festival in Calicut. The exhibition will have around 80 stalls, including those by the Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Ltd., National Coir Research and Management Institute (NCRMI) and the Coir Board.
The aim of the fest is to popularize coir products among consumers and to invite the attention of entrepreneurs.The fest will conclude on august 22nd.
