International Symposium on Biocomputing @ NIT Calicut

The International Symposium on Biocomputing coming up in NIT Calicut! Researchers from computer science, life science and statistics are invited to a forum for exchanging their ideas/hypotheses to promote improved and highly efficient bioinformatics tools.
You can submit papers on
- Modeling Approaches and Protein Structure Prediction
- Comparative Genomics and Phylogenetics
- Proteomics/ Transcriptomics/ Systems Biology and Quantitative Bioanalysis
- Systems Biology
- Modeling/ Simulation of Drug Discovery Processes
- Signal Processing for Biotechnology
- Nanomachines and Biotechnology
- Biomedical Imaging for “Omics” data
Peer groups with expertise in various areas will review the submissions. The papers accepted will be published in ACM Digital Library. You can refer subimission guidelines on ISB 2010 Website (http://www.isb2010.org). Prospective papers should be submitted using the provided automated eCMS submission system: http://icarus.cs.iupui.edu/isb2010/. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the symposium to ensure that the paper is included in the symposium proceedings. Last date for registration is December 10, 2009.
