Coconut park office in the city…

A Coconut park office is being set up at Kozhikode and is to be inaugurated by Union Minister of State for Home Mullapally Ramachandran on May 15th, 2010. The project is estimated to be 41 crores.
The project aims at providing land and other services to entrepreneurs for setting up coconut-based industries. This project’s main goal is to revive the trading in the Kuttiyadi regions which is known for the best quality coconuts in the State. Kerala State Industries Development Corporation(KSIDC) has supported this venture.
